THE MEANING BEHIND OUR NAME: Every restaurant has a name. But-what’s with ours? It’s actually quite simple. Doc and Bubba’s is named for us-the Radwanski Family. Debi is the “Doc.” She’s literally earned it-and holds a Ph.D. in health administrationand medical imaging. As for Bubba-well, that’s been a family nickname for years. The story goes-one day, Jim started calling our son, J.P.,“Bubba”-and it just stuck. Now, a whole lot more of us have taken to it. So, don’t besurprised if we start calling you that, too, around here.
